Shipping & Delivery

At De Tech Rules Ltd, we are committed to delivering your gardening tools and equipment safely and on time. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand our process.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

  1. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment confirmation.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  1. Delivery Time

Standard UK delivery: 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service schedules.

Bulky or heavy gardening items (such as large hose reels or watering cans) may take an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

  1. Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

There are no hidden charges or surprise fees at checkout.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier’s website.

  1. Delivery Process

Our courier will attempt delivery to the address you provided during checkout.

If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that someone will be available to accept the delivery during normal working hours.

  1. Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe (7–10 working days after dispatch), please contact us immediately:

We will investigate the issue with our courier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a full refund.

  1. Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Do not discard the packaging.
  • Take photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@detechtrade.com with your order number and photos.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund once we have reviewed the evidence.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-sending the order.

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel from the courier depot, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from any refund issued.

  1. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

If you require international delivery, please contact us at info@detechtrade.com to discuss options.

  1. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancel the delivery.
